При оформлении вклада обещали беспроблемное получение денег по окончании срока в другом филиале. На деле оказался обман, на выяснение которого понадобился месяц! Теперь надо ехать обратно за тридевять земель, чтобы написать заявление о переводе или снятии. И это в 21 веке! Это Наебанк, не верьте их обещаниям!

Уже писали в обратную связь и на горячую линию звонили, бесполезно: надо лично ехать в другой регион или искать представителя с доверенностью. А это довольно ощутимые расходы. Все ваши повышенные проценты улетают в трубу, да ещё денег своих вовремя не заберешь. Нажива на клиентах без за зрения совести!

Все жутко медленно. Из 4 окон работы с физиками открыто только одно. Все действия делаются с чувством, толком, расстановкой, а ее перемещение из-за стола к стопочке к кредитками сродни перемещению по подиуму. В итоге половина очереди разошлась, не дождавшись решения своего вопроса. Так держать!
