Посетила отделение банка по адресу: г. Кемерово, ул. Соборная 3 для открытия вклада,клиентоориентированность минимальная (давно я в такой очереди в ожидании консультации не ожидала), Ожидание в очереди более часа, сотрудник озвучила что в 19 часов банк закрывается, кто не успел тот пускай приходит завтра.Ухожу в другой банк которые нацелены на быстрое решение вопросов клиентов и которые могут оперативно работать.

Обманывают людей за оформление карты берут 3000 т , только выходишь с банка карту блокируют ! Мошенники !

Если хотите столкнуться с абсолютной неорганизованностью в работе, то вам сюда. Вопрос предоставления справки занял 12 дней. Первую заявку на подготовку справки оставил 05.02.2020г., через пять дней получил смс о готовности справки. При обращении в банк оказалось, что ее не готовили. Оставил повторно заявку в офисе, 17.02.2020 справку даже никто делать не думал начинать. Ситуация сдвинулась только после обращения к управляющей. Остался плохой осадок за потраченное в очередях время (каждый раз не менее часа) и бессмысленные поездки в банк.

Очереди, очереди, очереди. Пыталась 3 раза просто забрать готовую карту ,так и не смогла дождаться своей очереди. Обслуживание чрезвычайно медленное, сотрудников работает 2-3, а народу в 2 раза больше.
