Обслуживание отвратительное! Первый раз защел, сидят 5ро сотрудников, ни кто не здоровается, у всех такие лица, как будто одолжение делают. Компетентномть сотрудников полный 0! Сказали недостающие справки взять, на следующий день когда пришел в отделение, этот сотрудник с недовольным выражение лица говорит-берите тало, сажусь к другой, та говорит, здесь не инициалы, а полностью Ф.И.О надо было писать, иди те переписывайте. Тон соответсвенно тоже неприемлемый, вобщем, хорошо что бог отвел от такого банка, да к стати когда пришел, в банке небыло ни одного клиента, на следующий день тоже, совпадение скажеты вы! Не думаю... Вобщем, от души ни кому не рекомндую этот банк, не по кредитам не и потеке. Вчера 12.02.20 был в окне 6, сегодня в окне 7. Это для выше стоящего руководства;)

большие очереди и цены на обслуживание высокие , за проверку счетчика вроде деньги не берут а дают номера телефонов где за большие день делают проверку , раньше была в Таганроге одна организация а сейчас если возник вопрос не знаешь куда обращаться .
