+ почти все сотрудники женского пола как на подбор. Красивые. Благодаря этому появляется хорошая атмосфера - мало сидений - мало места, тесно - на 2 зала открыты только 4/9 окон - после взятия жетона (встал в очередь) ждал 28 минут, пока меня пригласят (в феврале 2021) - после талона ждал 31 минуту! (июль 2021)

История такова: в ноябре месяце 19-го года должен был получить перевыпущенную карту. (Банк заключал договор с нашей организацией, централизованно собирали персонал, приезжали представители банка, раздавали по спискам). Сотрудники банка сказали что меня в списках нет. У карты прошел срок пользования. Сегодня решил пойти снять по паспорту. Прихожу в банк снять по паспорту, говорят что на новой карте деньги (смс оповещения о выпуске карты - не про нас), обращайся в бухгалтерию своей организации. По паспорту деньги отдать - не про эту организацию. Кроме этого добило - написано в 2GIS что работают с 8:30, на двери бумажулька - с 9:30 (актуализировать информацию - тоже мимо).

Сколько бы раз в банк не обращались, постоянно в очередь сидишь по часу, а очередь 1-2 человека. Однажды наблюдала картину , был вечер , народу было человек 10 , и два окна , в одном окне девушка ни разу к себе не пригласила и демонстративно ещё ушла. Сервис банка на нуле. банк не рекомендую.
