в январе 2020 через доп. офис банка города, в котором живу, направила в этот банк заявление на снижение ставки по ипотеке. Так как живу не в Тюмени, приходится только звонить в банк, вообще не берут трубки! и никак не узнать мне зарегистрировали мое заявление или потеряли как тут многие пишут. Ужасный банк 100 раз пожалела что взяла ипотеку именно там

Отвратительно и безответственно работают операторы! Во время совершения каких либо операций информацию не уточняют, во время подписания документов кратко не зачитывают документ (дают просто подписать например " о переводе " и все)! Банком не выполняются условия исполнения заявления ,а именно перевод денежных средств в течение 2-х дней,СЕГОДНЯ 3-й день денег НЕТ! Что это за обследование, что за исполнение , особенно в период пандемии и самоизоляции? Мне сейчас в очередной раз нужно ехать в банк, разбираться с переводом (перевод с собственного счета на счет), подвергать себя опасности, а у меня на руках 8-ми месячный ребенок!!!
