Отвратительное обслуживание! Видите ли паспорт мой не понравился. Я в шоке отстоял два часа и ещё послали паспорт менять дур дом больше в жизни не пойду в этот банк

Отвратительное отделение. Каждый раз очереди по 1,5-2 часа 😡 👎🏽

Добрый день! Очереди возникли из-за того, что в отделении сейчас обслуживание по особому режиму и количество сотрудников в связи с этим ограничено, так как не допускается скопление людей в помещении. Вторник,середина дня, работает 3 окна из 6. Просидел полтора часа, чтоб забрать готовую карту. Ужасная организация. Кто то проходит без очереди, зная сотрудника, при этом сотрудник сам берет ему талон.
