Очень медленно работают специалисты. К клиентам относятся равнодушно. Всегда много народу и в ожидании занимает час и более.

Ирина, время обслуживания каждого клиента индивидуально и зависит от типа проводимой операции, интересующей клиента. В отделении сейчас обслуживание по особому режиму и количество сотрудников в связи с этим ограничено, так как не допускается скопление людей в помещении. Приняли ваш отзыв во внимание и передали руководству филиальной сети для улучшения сервиса и качества обслуживания.
