Девочки-операторы просто молодцы,обслуживание всегда на отлично.Какие то косячки с самой системой,то обещали бесплатное обслуживание карты,но почему то стали снимать за ежемесячное обслуживание!Неприятно что такие мелочи портят впечатление.Хотя услугами банка пользуюсь больше трех лет,и %ниже,чем в Сбере

Очень медленно обслуживают

Руслан, очереди возникли из-за того, что в отделении сейчас обслуживание по особому режиму и количество сотрудников в связи с этим ограничено, так как не допускается скопление людей в помещении. Пришел в отделение очередь 7 человек, ни одно из окон не обслуживает, прождал 25 минут, очередь не сдвинулась, я ушел.
