Очень медленное обслуживание. Для получения готовой карты (после получения смс-оповещения) больше часа приходится ждать в общей очереди. При входе в здание охранник не дает брать талоны - только когда подойдет твоя очередь - для официального времени ожидания в пределах 15 минут.

Ирина, извините за длительное ожидание. Очереди возникли из-за того, что в отделении сейчас обслуживание по особому режиму и количество сотрудников в связи с этим ограничено, так как не допускается скопление людей в помещении. Самое медленное обслуживание в мире, сотрудники не заинтересованны ни в чем. Одного клиента обслуживают от 1 часа.

Артур, извините за длительное ожидание. Время обслуживания каждого клиента индивидуально и зависит от типа проводимой операции, интересующей клиента. В отделении сейчас обслуживание по особому режиму и количество сотрудников в связи с этим ограничено, так как не допускается скопление людей в помещении.
