Хороший банк.акции.Обслуживающий персонал приветливый, но не все внимательны и забывчивы к клиентам. По поводу забывчивости и невнимательности операционистов это совсем маленькое замечание,скорее человеческий фактор из-за загруженности . Я был кредитным клиентом несколько лет и остался с хорошим впечатлением от сотрудничества. Советую ваш банк всем

Хуже этого офиса Газпромбанка не найти,работает один оператор,а народу человек 10-ть,чтобы поменять карточку надо отстоять пол дня.

Отвратительно. Говорят заказывать справки по телефону. Но никогда не берут трубки. Даже когда нет клиентов. Ответить на вопросы нормально не могут.
