Очень странная политика. Отказали в рефинансировании потребительского кредита под залог недвижимости. Так толком и не объяснив чем обычный потреб отличается от моего под залог. Схема то одна - взял кредит, погасил старый. Про обслуживание или очереди судить не могу, так как отказали ещё на стадии телефонного разговора.

Хотела открыть вклад в отделении ОАО Газпромбанк на ул.Красноармейская. Полчаса ожидания. На вопросы о том, когда примут, никто не реагирует, по системе управления очередью не вызывают. Пропало желание стать клиентом этого банка!
