Оказание услуг - это комплекс мероприятий направленных на удовлетворение нужд потребителя. И если с качеством оказания услуг тут хорошо, то с остальным - очень плохо, чему крайне недовольны (но если бы ещё хотели слышать об этом, изменений нет). 1)Хочешь записаться через сайт? Не жди звонка, вероятность что перезвонят крайне мала. Проверено 2мя людьми. 2)Хочешь записаться, позвонив? (и это самая жирная проблема)- почему то постоянно занято на вечернее время и выходные. У вас недостаток стоматологов? (это объяснило бы, мало врачей =мало возможности записать). У вас нагрузка и рабочие часы распределены не для людей? (а работа в те же часы работы что простые смертные люди работают - т.е. утром/днем рабочих дней, а выходные сокращённо - это точно не для людей, т.к либо придётся брать выходной на посещение стоматолога, либо за месяц пытаться попасть на вечер/выходной). Почему тогда нельзя график работы пересмотреть, - в рабочие дни покороче и с обеда, а выходные подольше? Пытался записаться друг - 'всё занято, мы вам перезвоним как освободится возможность' - не перезвонили забили на него - ушёл лечить зубы в другую стоматологию. У меня терпения подольше - один раз повезло попасть на приём к хирургу быстро, далее планировала лечить 7 зубов + подумывала об операции (импланты)- но это оказалось просто невыполнимо, тк надо быть провидцем графика своего врача на месяцы вперед, надо записываться сразу на 3 похода, лишь бы прорваться, иначе потом будет невозможно записаться. Лечить зуб от пульпита (в 3 похода) целый МЕСЯЦ, потому что всё занято, это отвратительно как долго. Это что, нормально? Почему в других стоматологиях не так? Что в городе, что в Екатеринбурге. Без надежды на изменения, но всё же.. Надеюсь руководство прислушается к работающим людям, которые хотят тоже лечиться.
