Отличный отель, большой комфортабельный номер, есть лифт, СПА, индивидуальный завтрак с меню на русском и английском языках.. В отеле говорят только по-русски, нужно уметь читать ТРАМВАЙ 02 на углу и платите 20 рублей напрямую. внутри трамвая, имейте при себе небольшую купюру или монеты, ведущие к станции метро «Пионерская», за которую можно заплатить 25 рублей внутри вагона. Вы можете добраться до всех достопримечательностей, музеев, площадей и памятников, и особенно Мамаева кургана. Excelente hotel, quarto grande confortável, tem elevador, SPA café da manhã individual pelo cardápio em russo e inglês .. só se fala russo no hotel , é necessário saber ler cirílico .na esquina passa o TRAM 02 se paga 20 rubros diretamente dentro do tram , tenha nota pequena ou moedas , que liga até o metrô estação Pioneerskska, ,que se paga dentro do vagão 25 rubros .se chega a todas atracoes, museus, praças e monumentos.e principalmente ao Mamayev Kurgan.

Чистый отель, комфортно, вежливый персонал! Посетили хамам и сауну, остались в восторге. Советую для деловых поездок( очень удобное расположение центр города и рядом вокзал,до аэропорта мин 20/30), остались всем довольны. Рекомендуем.

Бронировали за месяц аква зону на 16 ноября 18:00, за неделю уточняла про предоплату, сказали, что ничего не нужно. В итоге приехали, аква зона была занята, а на нас наорал администратор, которая представилась Светланой, что это не наше время, нахамила нам, и сказала выйти из гостиницы! Мы созвонились по номеру, по которому бронировали, где по громкой связи нам подтвердили, что запись была на 18:00. На что администратор Светлана заявила, что не собирается ничего слушать, и чтобы мы уходили! Собирались отметить там день Рождения, в итоге испортили весь праздник! Худший персонал! Сбои в системе! Не советую никому испытать это!
