Покупала 26.07.2017 г в магазине «Галерея градусов» вино freemark abbey cabernet sauvignon 2010 (Калифорния) в подарок мужу (на секудочку стоимость бутылки 5000 руб)Пока довезла до дома из бутылки начало подтекать вино. Мы сначала подумали, что возможно в магазине рядом бутылка протекла и испачкала.Бутылку открыли, попробовали вино, а оно откровенно выветрилось. Я знаю о чем говорю, потому, что была у них на винодельне и эту марку очень люблю. Посмотрели пробку — сбоку было повреждение (не от штопора, потому, что борозда горизонтальная).Допив бокал, вино из декантера вылили.А теперь самое интересное, менеджер магазина отказался что-либо делать, потому, что оказывается, нам нужно было оставить вино в бутылки и привезти им, и тогда они бы могли нам его заменить, так как им надо было попробовать. А так мол, может это я пробку повредила и теперь им предъявляю. Вообще тон разговора мне очень «понравился»! Цитирую: «Вы, что впервые вино покупаете?!» Я впервые сталкиваюсь с таким продуктом и продавцом. Подозреваю, что, привези я бутылку, мне бы сказали, что я другое вино туда налила.Короче ужасное разочарование. Выкинутые большие деньги. Испорченный подарок. Обидно до слез.Больше в этот магазин не пойду и никому не советую. – показать

Вообще-то Вы могли сделать с вином что угодно (не утверждаю, что сделали) — это к тому, что перед оплатой надо осматривать продукцию. Если этого не знаете — возьмите на заметку.
