Персонал не вежливый , толком ничего не объясняют , торопились домой , между собой при клиентах разговаривают на обращая внимание на клиента . Обратились для прохождения медосмотра водительского , сказали 2000 и паспорт , даже не удосужились сказать что у них нет нарколога и психиатра , хотя есть у них такой кабинет и из кабинета туда-сюда ходил врач без дела . Нам было нужно срочно пройти медосмотр , дали направление к наркологу и психиатру в поликлинику , а там врачи только приём ведут после 11 мая . Просто бардак и нерадушный персонал регистратуры , которые просто работают как зря

Юлия благодарим вас за обратную связь. Прокомментируем ситуацию: посещение психо и нарко диспансеров это требование принятых приказов на уровне администрации города. Мы всего лишь добросовестно исполняем эти требования. Благодаря приему по записи нам удалось снизить время прохождения комиссии вдвое. Но исключить лишнюю беготню по диспансерам пока не можем. А наши штатные психиатр и нарколог не уполномочены освидетельствовать на водительские справки, к всеобщему сожалению. Всегда рады вас видеть снова!
