Сотрудники больницы стараются сделать всё возможное для комфортного пребывания в стационаре. Все сотрудники больницы от санитарок до врачей доброжелательны, внимательны к больным. Но отсутствие финансирования, сокращение специалистов в корне изменило возможности некогда замечательной больницы. Пожилое поколение ещё помнит времена, когда в Краснозаводске делали операции, рожали детей, проходили реабилитацию в кабинетах физиотерапии, была своя кухня, где вкусно готовили и многое другое.
