В большей части пользуемся государственными бесплатными услугами и довольны, в поликлинике работают квалифицированные специалисты и выполняют свою работу грамотно и аккуратно, единственный минус - есть перечень услуг, который предоставляется только платно.

Ужасное отношение к людям, ни чего не объясняют, ни чего нормально не говорят сразу начинают пристыжать, что, что-то не знает пациент или не понимает как поступать и куда обращаться дальше . Очень отвратительное отношение как к не людям. Многие люди не знают терминов медицинских, тем более те кто редко посещает больницы и поликлиники по нехватке времени например, или постоянные разъезды по работе. Не хочется снова идти по поликлиникам, а надо пройти плановое обследование. Потом удивляются почему люди не ходят в больницу, потому что в больницах людей за людей не принимают.
