1. Синий текст на белом напечатал черноватым на желтоватом, хотя заказ получил на классическое сочетание без ограничений по цене картона. 2. Образцы предъявлял действительно по-богатому выглядящей картонки, а заказ напечатал на весьма средненькой. 3. Оплатил во вторник, а в пятницу стоя на проходной пол часа пришлось дожидаться пока допечатает сотню визиток. 4. К ценам, прописанным на сайте завысил на 10—20%.В результате минимальные качество и сервис при цене, за которую клиенту положено под авать кофе, пока печатается его тираж. – показать

Отвечаем, этот товарищ Игорь Журавлев (раз он о нас пишет конкретно с названиями нашей организации, то думаю имеем право отвечать персонально) действительно печатал у нас тираж визиток, только оговорился во всех пунктах кроме 3.в частности когда он приезжал, ему демонстрировались образцы всех возможных технологий, как то офсетная печать, шелкография, фольгирование, он выбрал фольгирование, тк надо было побыстрее и попрезентабельнее. на белом тачкавере синей фольгой. когда приехал получать тираж , вдруг ему показалось, что и тачкавер-не тачкавер, и пленка синяя если смотреть на нее без отсветов-черная. ну так да, так и есть, на отблеск рна голубая, смотреть прямо она черная. а то что тачкавер не такой белый как ему желалось, так такой цвет у бумаги тачкавер. видимо сравнивает с меловкой… про деньги сразу оговаривали сколько стоит, прилагаю скриншот.. вообщем видимо огорчился, что визитки выглядят не так как себе представлял… о том, что все бумаги стоят одинаково тоже ерунда, почитайте в скриншоте, там ясно указано что тачкавер резиновый 1150р, на обычной бумаге 600р, на сайте указана цена фольгирования с учетом дешевой бумаги меловки, а не дорогой тачкавер, об этом на сайте явным образом указано.. вообщем таких клиентов никому не пожелаешь. трачу вот время чтоб ответить, но не стоит того такие клиенты.. – показать
