Если хочется проблем, то сюда, в агентстве забыли внести данные, не напомнили при получении документов, что вызвало проблемы с вылетом, а при просьбе доделать выполнить обязансти собственные, потребовали доплатить, наглость высшего уровня, хорошо хоть с вылетом проблем не было, но осадок очень неприятный

И ещё момент, если бы сами не спросили, не проинформировали, по налогам и стоимости депозита, сообщили что отель не новый, после бронирования

Добрый день! Возможно вы обращались в другое агентство ТУИ, в Набережных Челнах на момент 2019 года, было два агентства Туи, наше агентство расположено по адресу 41/04 рядом с рестораном Пэтерс. В нашей базе нет туриста с данными Алла Денисова. Если возможно просим вас предоставить информацию по какому адресу вы обращались, имя менеджера обслуживающего вас, номер телефона?

Не первый год искали хорошего турагента, пробовали разные подразделения и филиалы нашего города и вот наконец то нашли!! В лице Екатерины! Настоящий знаток своего дела, была на 100% ориентирована на наши нужды и запросы, ничего не проталкивала как это принято!!! В итоге 2 визита и несколько часов ( могло быть и быстрее были бы мы более определенными) и тур в Испанию приобретён. Спасибо Екатерина за чудесный сервис и такое тёплое отношение! Всем советую, я настоящий клиент, никто меня не просил и тем более не портил за комментарий
