Обманывают, не возвращают деньги, не разговаривают, переключают на автоответчик, не выполняют свои обязательства. Запомните, если туроператор не подтвердил документально,что понёс расходы, денежные средства подлежат возврату. Это по закону, который ТУИ нарушает. В моём случае прошли ОДНИ сутки между оплатой на сайте и запросом на возврат . И все , денежки испарились. Так может делать компания, которая в своё будущее уже не верит. ТУИ , дайте уже обратную связь по заявке 5349400.

Здравствуйте. Если вы бронировали тур на сайте ТУРОПЕРАТОРА, то вам необходимо обращаться к ТУРОПЕРАТОРУ напрямую. Здесь пишут отзывы только о работе нашего ТУРАГЕНТСТВА на Преображенской площади, и только туристы, которые забронировались конкретно у нас в офисе. Таким образом, мы не сможем ответить на ваш вопрос по указанной заявке, т.к. вы бронировались не у нас. Пожалуйста, обращайте внимание, где именно вы оставляете отзыв. Данный отзыв все равно что положить письмо не в тот почтовый ящик.

Не смотря на окончание рабочего дня- Элиза и Леонид подобрали нам тур. Мы в восторге! Ребята подобрали нам все как мы хотели - летали в Турцию, Мармарис. Отель с видом на море- это что-то! В следующие наши поездки только к Элизе и Леониду. Я давно искала именно таких туроператоров. Ребята- вы супер! Процветайте дальше 😉
