25.04.21 Я никогда не была в данном заведении, но сегодня пришлось заказать самовывоз по просьбе шефа. Оформляли заказ по телефону на протяжении 11 минут. Девушка Валерия хорошо ориентировалась в меню и подсказывала позиции. В итоге мой заказ обошелся в 14940 (с учетом скидки 10%). Деньги перевела на ее счет во время разговора. Она подтвердила получение и оформила заказ. Сказала, что в течении 30 минут заказа будет готов и его можно будит забрать. Водитель как раз ехал на адрес. Спустя 30-40 минут водитель сообщает, что перепутали заказы и наш заказ кому-то отдали. Я в шоке! Звоню администратору (Камилла вроде бы), но кроме невнятных извинений она ничего не сказала. Не предложила доп скидку или что-то в подарок, ну хоть как-то исправить эту ситуацию… Сказала лишь «мы попытались позвонить этому человеку и вернуть заказ, но он не взял трубку.». Я в шоке(2)!!! Начала ей говорить «мне не нужен заказ, который вы успели передать какому-то человеку!!! Может он плюнул туда, чихнул или подсыпал что-то.». Администратор вновь замялась. Сказала, что новый заказ будет готов в течении 30-40 минут (итого 1:30, вместо 30). УЖАС!!!

Средненько Мисо с креветкой и грибами, салат из водорослей, тофу с соусом - неплохо.. Но роллы с огромным количеством разваренного риса и гёдза с креветками - просто тихий ужас.. Обслуживание хорошее. Но с кухней надо что-то делать: на любителя(

Свежие суши и отличная японская еда В Москве много вариантов суши, и этот замечательный. Прежде всего, вам необходимо забронировать столик заранее. Не слишком много таблиц. Все свежее, мне понравилось, как они подают васаби. Оставьте место для помадки зеленого чая - вкусно!
