ФСК Лидер с привлечением подрядных организаций достраивал ЖК Гагаринский, дом сдан в спешке, в ненадлежащем состоянии. Течёт кровля и балюстрада. Все жители шарохаются стен на нижних этажах, т.к. стены сырые, грязные, на потолке грибок. Жители верхних этажей пляшут с бубнами, прогоняя дожди. К тому же лифты были в плачевном состоянии. ФСК и ВК Комфорт перекладывали ответственность за лифты друг на друга. Это продолжалось более полугода, потом мы сменили УК на стороннюю от ФСК, и лифты нам наладили примерно за месяц. Я наконец то забыл, когда в последний раз у нас стоял лифт, наверное это было ещё при ВК Комфорт. А насчёт кровли и балюстрады представители ВК Комфорт (которому ФСК Лидер передает некоторые объекты : Гагаринский, Новый Раменский и возможно другие) намекнули жильцам, что теперь ФСК делать гарантийный ремонт неинтересно. Это похоже на правду, т.к. с января месяца недостатки так и не начали устранять. В итоге: если вы не против пройти по лестнице пешком, если вы потомственный шаман, если вы не боитесь дождичка в квартире, можете смело брать квартиры у ФСК. Если что либо из этого вас не устраивает, то подумайте перед покупкой.
