Ооочень разочарована центром именно как компанией. Мои двое детей полный учебный год проучились в этом центре. В конце мая, когда уходили на каникулы, я оставила заявку на следующий учебный год, обговорили дни занятий и благополучно пошли на каникулы. В августе нас позвали на доп.занятия, но посещать мы их не смогли так как были в отпуске. Я повторилась, что с сентября оба моих ребенка готовы выйти на занятия. 03 сентября вновь позвонила, мне вежливо обещали, что сейчас устаканят расписание и нам позвонят. За сентябрь я звонила в школу 3!!!! раза и всегда говорили, что перезвонят. Но 03 октября при моем четвертом звонке в эту школу девушка вежливо сообщила, что группы в которые ходили мои дети уже набраны, еще в начале сентября. 😳😳😳. Жаль, жаль, жаль, могли бы стать добрыми друзьями на ближайшие 10 лет, причем для 2 детей, но компания friends дружбой не дорожит. И еще хотелось бы добавить, что вы работаете с детьми, а для них очень важна адаптация к месту, учителям, методике. Поэтому такие вещи как игнорирование ребенка недопустимы даже в бесплатных секциях. Мои дети очень ждали начала занятий, так как привыкли к школе и педагогам. В общем, если вы готовы, чтобы вас просто в один прекрасный день кинули, то пожалуйста. P.s. Я рекомендовала эту школу и привела в нее 3 детей своих друзей, с одним из которых произошло то же самое.

Ирина Тальгатовна, добрый день! Очень жаль, что у Вас сложилось такое мнение о нас. Мы очень трепетно относимся к каждому ребенку, но к сожалению, когда предъявляются жесткие требования к расписанию, очень ограниченные по дням, а еще одновременно для двоих детей - это практически нереально с учетом различия в курсах и уровнях. Поэтому мы долгое время не могли Вам ничего предложить. После того, как в требованиях Вы поменяли понедельник, на вторник, единственная группа, подходящая по программе, уже была заполнена. В условиях потока заявок мы, к сожалению, не можем подстроиться под танцы и другие кружки каждого ребенка.
