Не советую от слова «совсем». Имел опыт работы с данной компанией. В первый раз повезло, заселился. Всем знакомым рекомендовал. Когда встал вопрос о переезде, то решил обратиться к ним снова. На авито нашёл подходящий вариант, позвонил, сказали - приезжайте. Приехал и тут облом! Квартира с объявления давно сдана, выкладывает якобы робот. И по глупости заключил договор, уверили, мол, подберем. Провелся на прошлый опыт и зная, что все должно быть норм, заключил договор(к сожалению не очень внимательно). Отправляли в подборке не те варианты совсем. В итоге параллельно искали сами на том же Авито. Нашёл подходящую, позвонил, сказали, что актуально и можно посмотреть. Приехал, посмотрел, отдал почти половину стоимости новому агенту и заселился. Денег и Фридом, конечно, не получил. Вывод: 1) если и заключать с ними договор, то только заранее убедившись, что квартира необходимая свободна и актуальна к сдаче. 2) если нет сразу подходящей квартиры, не стоит надеяться, что по чудесному стечению обстоятельств для вас как раз что-то освободиться. 3) лучше немного переплатить агенту, который сам выезжает и показывает квартиры и берет оплату только по факту заселения. 4) если уж связались с Фридом, то имейте в виду, в случае чего, денег вы обратно не вернёте. P.s. Пункты 1 и 2 относятся не только к Фридом, а так же ко всем подобным конторам, которые занимаются рассылкой смс. Нашли на Авито(или где-то ещё объявление), позвонили, если предлагают приехать и сначала заключить договор, то шлите смело лесом, ибо не факт, что объявление не фейковое.

Так получилось, что нашёл квартиру самостоятельно, в день, когда был заключён договор с данной конторой. Сказали, что после заявления вернут деньги. После заявления общался с ними в Вайбере, в итоге просто заигнорили, перестали отвечать на сообщения и деньги, соответственно, не вернули)
