Маникюр делают очень плохо. Работают грубо и болезненно. Порезали кутикулу в нескольких местах. Палец болел несколько дней после такой обработки. На фото результат спустя неделю.

Добрый день Ирина!Нам искренне жаль,что сложилась такая ситуация.На сколько мне известно, в качестве извинения вам была сделана 50% скидка. Но так как вы были только у одного мастера (который работает на время отпуска основных сотрудников) было бы не корректно делать вывод обо всей студии. Тем не менее после такого как вы пишете, плохого маникюра вы пошли к тому же мастеру на педикюр и к нему претензий не было. Прошу вас всё таки относится с пониманием, что это мог быть какой то человеческий фактор, ведь все мы люди)

Не знаю… кому как! Качество услуг, лично моё мнение, не ВЫСШЕМ УРОВНЕ!!!! То, что я хожу с идеальной кожей вокруг ногтей (кутикула!) практически 3 недели, вызывает восхищение! Был опыт экономии....ужас!!! Не знала куда прятать руки с КОРКАМИ от заусенцев! И цены уж не такие и дорогие для отличного уровня услуги. РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!
