Покупал в 17 году мотоцикл. Понравилось обслуживание. Менеджер все рассказал, все объяснил. И в ходе эксплуатации мото проблем не выявлено , как и было уверовано при покупке. В то время и был выдан сертификат на 10% скидки на следующую покупку в данном салоне. Потому в этом году в первую очередь и было принято решение покупать технику именно там. Выбор.. все так же достойное обслуживание.. Но. Уперлись мы в эти 10% скидки по сертификату. Пока выясняли кто прав, кто нет, мот ушёл... Вот и остался осадок несправедливости. Зачем выдавать тогда "бумажки" если они в дальнейшем ничего не решают. Какой то мелочной и неприятный обман.
