Записываешься к практикующему специалисту наивысший категории, а по факту попадаешь к любому свободному. 21.12 записалась на фгдс с седацией к Виноградову. За день мне перезвонили и предложили время пораньше. И только в день процедуры выясняется, что будет другой эндоскопист, о котором нет ни единого отзыва. Хотя нет, есть один отрицательный. За что я плачу, не ясно. Так же не ясно, что это за схема, офишировать имена известных и проверенных специалистов, а по факту на приём вы к ним не попадаете. Помимо всего прочего, на ресепшен неквалифицированный персонал, который будет ссылаться на все, что угодно, но не разберётся в ситуации, скинет вину на что угодно и обвинит клиента в хамстве, хотя я пыталась разобраться, как так вышло, что я голодала сутки, записалась заранее, запросила гарантийку, приехала утром в воскресенье с другого конца города и вижу недовольное лицо администратора, которая хочет, что бы я от неё отстала. Человек сидит на ресепшен и даже не обучен обращаться по имени к клиенту, качает права и строит недовольное лицо. Хотя с чего бы это?! это же не ей нужно ждать ещё месяц и готовиться к процедуре. И то не факт, что меня не подведут в этом месте ещё раз. Так что не рекомендую

Были с грудным ребенком. Педиатр внимательно отнеслась ко всем нашим опасениям, провела чательный осмотр и успокоила по поводу наших переживаний. Уделила много времени, объяснила на что следует обратить внимание и как поступать. А на взятие анализа крови пришли аж три специалиста. Также хочется отметить приветливый персонал, удобство для посещения с ребенком и как всё быстро и без очередей.
