Очень приятная атмосфера и оформление - отличное место для встречи. Музыка приятная, но не слишком громкая, поэтому вы можете нормально поговорить. Персонал очень дружелюбный и услужливый. Но не представить, и это хорошо. Большой выбор разнообразной выпечки. Мы попробовали 4 разных один раз. Неплохо, но все немного суховато. Вероятно, потому, что это не свежезаказанное/приготовленное дайли, а приготовленное за пару дней. Очень жаль. Поскольку это выглядело красиво, сочетание вкусов было приятным, но разочарованием было то, что все было сухо... Very nice ambiance and decoration a great place to have a meeting. The music is pleasent but not too loud, so you can have a proper conversation. The staff is very friendly and helpful. But not to present, which is good. Big selection of various pastry. We tried 4 different once. Nice, but all a bit on the dry end. Probably because it is not freshly ordered/made dayli but prepared for a couple of days. Which is a big pity. Because it looked beautiful, the flavor combination was nice, but a disapintemnet that it was all dry...

• Цены высокие. • При покупке уточняйте дату составления набора, продукт может быть несвежий. • При формировании нового набора или при просьбе показать уже собранный ОЧЕНЬ ВНИМАТЕЛЬНО следите, чтобы кассир все делал в перчатках. Им лень их надевать, поэтому могут этого не сделать и потрогать продукт своими пальцами. • На просьбу пересобрать будут это делать это с кислым выражением лица и нарочито медленно. • Сумму чека, скидок и сдачи округляют в пользу магазина до рубля. Мелочь, но это нарушение закона, от чего несколько гаденько.

Решила побаловать себя после тяжёлого рабочего дня, настроение так сказать поднять! Попросила 100 гр конфет, взвесили 152 гр, при расчёте оказалось что интернет не работает, продавец начала записывать на бумажке номер телефона, типа потом начислим баллы, а скидки никак не получится, я просто отказалась от покупки. За месяц до этого покупала коробку конфет за 2500, так о скидке вообще не упомянули, просто начислили баллы. Если не работает интернет, то надо сделать какую то карту на скидку и обучить персонал полностью информировать клиента о том, что ему положены баллы и скидки!!! Больше не хочется к вам ходить, сладости стоят не 3 копейки!!!

Была сегодня в 9:20 в Кафе в Кунцево Плаза.Хотела позавтракать.Но.....Увы!По каким то техническим причинам кухня не работала.И в итоге попила кофе и ушла без всякого удовлетворения в еде.Спасибо что вы есть!!!!
