Не понравилось обслуживание. Попросила дать выпечку, которая лежит ближе ко мне то есть к витрине, а не к ней. Продавец сделала недовольное лицо и высказалась, что они все одинаковые. Швырнула покупки и даже не попрощалась, хотя мы ей естественно не хамили! Неприятно от такой невоспитанности, продавец даже не знает простых правил общения с покупателями. Это было 10 февраля.

Добрый день! Принимая во внимание то, что, с Ваших слов, описанная Вами ситуация произошла 10 февраля, а отзыв написан 20 февраля, не могли бы Вы уточнить, что именно у нас приобретали и в какое время, чтобы мы могли просмотреть записи с видеокамер магазина и в полной мере прояснить ситуацию?

Две пиццы в первой половине дня. Просмотрела отзывы, вижу, что на обслуживание уже жаловались, можно сделать вывод, что с одним из продавцов что-то не то. До этого заходила, был другой, всё было ок и на эту же просьбу реакция была такой какой и должнв3 быть - спокойной и с улыбкой.

Хожу практически с самого открытия и каждый день, выпечка супер, свежая и вкусная. Помимо всяких вкусняшек, есть как говорится "мне как всегда" (белый хлеб, пирожок с брусникой и кофейное зерно) девчонки продавцы меня понимали, а сейчас постоянно разные, приходится ждать и всем объяснять по новой. И вообще это странно, что в достаточно хорошей пекарне продавцы не задерживаются, смущает.

И на данный момент он прежний;) Учитывая, что в нашей сети на сегодняшний день 4 пекарни-кондитерских, имеет место быть взаимозаменяемость продавцов в пределах сети. Надеемся на Ваше понимание и всегда рады видеть Вас!
