Самый дорогой бизнес-центр в Саратове совсем не соответствует качеству. 1.С наступлением холодов в нем ужасно холодно. На выходные выключают отопление. Ну это мелочи. В окна очень дует. Прям очень. Администрации все равно. Жаловаться бесполезно. Чтоб хоть как-то улучшить положение, их заклеивают как в СССР. Только так. Есть сплит-система. Но её централизованно выключают. В апреле 2024 года окно окончательно сломалось. Оно не закрывается вообще. Администрации с тех пор совершенно наплевать. Каждый день оставлять заявки не помогает. Приходил даже руководитель этого злополучного здания. Чуда не случилось. Чтобы изменить ситуацию, самим арендатором менять окно. Ну или выезжать. На текущее 14.10.24 число температура 1 градусов на улице. Ночью было примерно отрицательная температура. В офисе примерно такая же. 2. Когда заезжали в этот БЦ и выбирали из всех остальных, то один из критериев был - парковка. Пусть офис будет дороже. Но это важно. И она была. Рядом гипер Магнит. Девочка, которая осуществляла продажу говорила, что это совместная территория и парковка будет всегда. Но! У магнита поставили шлагбаумы. И теперь, чтобы воспользоваться парковкой, необходимо доплатить 3000 рублей в месяц за каждое авто. Вот прежде, чем выбирать офис класса А, который стоит дороже остальных (это действительно так. Мы как федеральная компания собирали статистику и брали коммерческие предложения со всех БЦ в городе) хорошо подумайте и почитайте отзывы.

После ремонта это здание не узнать, очень современно и комфортно. Месторасположение тоже удобное, рядом с остановкой. Хожу туда на маникюр 811 офис. Рекомендую!)
