Впечатление не очень. Подарили подарочный сертификат. Заказал две катушки. Пришли быстро, но есть одно нооооо одна катушка норм, а на второй ручка не от этой катушки. Весьма не приятно, а заморачиваться с обменом дороже выйдет

Заказал сапоги TORVI -60 с просьбой доставить на следующий день, тк это подарок. Их цена на сайте 2600 руб. Бесплатная доставка от 3000 руб. При обработке моего заказа оператор Иван посоветовал мне дозаказать любого товара на сумму 400 руб, чтоб не платить за доставку. Ок, я дозаказал 3 пачки прикормки по 130 руб.  (390 руб.)  и мотыльницу +-30 руб. По итогу мой заказ получился на чуть больше 3000 руб, что говорит о бесплатной доставке согласно условиям ИМ. В день доставки со мной связывается курьер и называет сумму в 3380 руб.  Прибавив к моему заказу доставку, которая от 3тр "бесплатная". Со мной связывается менеджер Иван, который совершенно ошибаясь озвучивает мне, что я должен буду оплатить эту сумму полностью, тк прикормка тяжелая, а курьер у них пеший. На что я ему говорю, что он ошибся в своих желаниях и пускай они оставят этот заказ себе, а о них я расскажу на большом количестве ресурсов, тк очень меня подвели. Жалуйтесь, сказал Ваня и бросил трубку. Ну что-ж ребята, вот такой сервис они хотят предложить своим клиентам. А я считаю, что бизнес должен быть честный и если вы обещаете не подвести, то хоть в минус сыграйте, но оставьте о себе положительное мнение.
