Муж подарил мне беспроводные наушники xiaomi airdots, решил сэкономить 400р и взять их в фотоскладе. К работе сотрудников притензий нет, обычное обслужевание. Но вот к товару вопросов много. Дома выяснилось что один наушник не работает. Ни видео с ютуба ни перезагрузка, ни помогало ничего. В итоге пришлось опять ехать в магазин (а находятся он кстати не в центре или в других проходимых местах, а на каменке), там продавцы наушники пытались реанимировать, тщетно, в итоге на 2 недели их забрали на экспертизу. Она подтвердила что да, в наушниках брак, и мужу уже в 3й раз пришлось ехать писать заявление на возврат денег. Тк оплата была картой деньги возвращались в течении ещё одной недели +-. То есть уже 3 недели без наушников. В итоге по невероятной тупости муж купил там же такие же наушники и привёз их мне. Я передвигаюсь по городу на машине, наушники использую крайне редко, дай бог чтоб пару раз в неделю посмотреть ютуб. Наушникам 2 месяца. При зарядке красные точки светятся с разной мощностью и правый наушник откровенно стал хрепеть, то есть включить любимый тречик и послушать его с хорошим звуком не удасться. Совет - доплатить разницу в 400р и купить наушники в днс, тк у сестры точно такие же от туда и работают без нареканий. Не рекомендую брать в сомнительных магазинах сомнительного качества товар.

Евгения, просим Вас в случае обнаружения повторного дефекта обращаться в наш сервисный отдел. Возможно дефект имеет вся партия и проведя проверку мы бы сняли её с продажи и отправили назад поставщику. Нам очень жаль, что у вас осталось негативное впечатление о нашем магазине, хотя мы реализуем тот же товар, что и компании конкуренты, но предлагаем лучшую цену.
