Сколько стоит бумага А4 в Волгограде, Москве или любом другом городе ? Ответ - одинаково. Заправить картридж - тоже . Так почему в других местах распечатать стоит от 4 р до 7р максимум , а здесь 15р ? Не советую это место

Сергей, это не соответствует действительности. 15 рублей за ч/б страницу А4 -- обычная цена по Москве. За 4 рубля действительно можно напечатать, если вам нужно 1000 копий, но для этого используется иное оборудование, с меньшей себестоимостью печати.
