Первую работу оформили хорошо и быстро. А вот второй заказ загубили. Криво вырезали паспарту, криво приклеили плашку. Сказали бы сразу, что форма сложная и не можем сделать. Взялибы у них паспарту и раму. Сами бы вырезали и приклеили, у нас то опыт есть. Но больше всего убило отношение. Мастер просто убежал( Моя мама не конфликтный человек, развернулась и ушла. В жизни больше ни я, ни мои родители, ни мои друзья оформляться в этой мастерской не будут. Стыдно должно быть... Накосячили, испортили работу и не только не попытались исправить, но даже тупо не извинились, перед пожилым человеком.(

Около двух лет в этой мастерской оформляли мои вышивки, когда мастер захватывал под раму бисер, по моей просьбе переделывали, все в общем было нормально. 01.06.2017 муж забирал картины и увидел что на двух работах около сантиметра вышитой картины зажато под рамой(когда замеряли картину ошиблись с расчетом), на просьбу поправить мастера нахамили в резкой форме- «Или так забирайте или уходите без рам, ни чего переделывать не будем!», нам деваться не куда, забрали как есть. Дома обнаружили что на третьей картине кусок рамы отломан и на другой работе трос сзади прикручен вообще поперек((( После такого длительного срока сотрудничества с вашей багетной за наши же деньги вы нас же и облили грязью. Очень обидно. Моих знакомых кто ходил к вам я уже оповестила, они к вам не пойдут, раз вы так расбрасываетесь клиентами,тем более постоянными. P.S. последние разы ходили только уже из-за доброжелательности Вашего менеджера Натальи, без нее от вас оставшиеся клиенты уйдут.
