НЕ заказывайте сканирование пленок в формате 20х30, т.к. это программно увеличенный 10х15 с грубыми пикселями при масштабе 1к1. Отправил это в "отдел контроля качества", на что через неделю получил ответ "Мы провели проверку, но не увидели нарушения качества обслуживания". Ну тогда до свидания, репутация в итоге вам дороже обойдётся.

Заказывала проявку пленки полтора года назад, тоже где то потерялась, но после пары звонков все загрузили. Сейчас сдала пленку на проявку, прошло уже 5 дней вместо обещанных 2, статус не меняется, никто не знает где моя пленка, а «дружелюбная» сотрудник филиала весь день говорит что «связывается с коллегами», но за весь день так ни с кем и не связалась. На вопрос где может быть моя пленка - «не знаю, у меня в филиале нет»… пленка очень важная, надеюсь все найдётся, но после так как я раздражаю сотрудников фактом что моя пленка потеряна предпочту больше никогда не заказывать проявку в этом месте.

Сотрудник фотоцентра был занят и явно не рад моему приходу . Мне жаль,что я помешала его важной деятельности, но ожидать больше не могла: инициировала взаимодействие , без приветствия сотрудник все же отвлекся от титанического труда ради меня . Я оценила потраченное на меня время .

Делала фото на загран паспорт, сфоткали «полубоком», в целом качество не понравилось. Делать фото на доки не советую у них.

Фото на документы делают неправильные, сделала фото для американской визы — не приняли. При этом когда в фотоцентре озвучила требования к фото — не выслушали и сделали по -своему, убеждая, что делали их уже много раз и всегда принимали.
