Номер заказа 1-1639650 04.05.2018 отдал пленку на проявку и сканирование в центр на Бауманской. Сегодня позвонил по центральному номеру, сотрудница подтвердила, что по установленным срокам заказ должен быть готов и предложила мне позвонить на Бауманскую и узнать о причинах задержки. Дозвонившись с шестого(!) раза я узнал от сотрудника о том, что пленка где-то зависла(!!!) и в течении трех дней со мной свяжутся. Теперь сроки исполнения заказа передвинуты на 18.05.2018. Как вы понимаете, доброго слова эта контора не стоит, избегайте дел с ними. А вообще почитайте их фидбэк, по моему из этого уже все ясно.

Очень хорошая компания. Пользуюсь услугами несколько лет. Претензий нет. Недочеты бывают, но я не знаю компаний, где бы их не было. Подкупает внимательность сотрудников и профессиональное видение проблемы. Обслуживаюсь в центре на Тверской.

Вот не так давно, нашла дома негатив не напечатанный!!!! Пошла в фотопроект говорю помогите, напечатайте, дорог мне этот снимок. Но надо было срочно. Говорят , неделя.... Пошла я в другие, там на меня смотрели и говорили это прошлый век, мы не печатаем. Вернулась я обратно. И вот уже я обладательница шикарного снимка. Спасибо фотопроект!!!!! Давно ими пользуюсь и ни разу не пожалела.

Не тратьте время, деньги и нервы с этими «профи». Заказала фотки. Объяснила, что на выходе хочу получить фотки такого же качества, как у них на компе во время заказа. Фотки темные. Мне рассказали о калибровке, о ежедневных проверках оборудования и бла-бла-бла. Оказывается, в примечании при заказе можно указать, что нужна ручная корректировка. Но об этом при заказе никто не сказал. Взяли денег и довольны. Фотосалон на то есть, чтобы корректировать, тем более ресурсов для этого выше крыши
