Очень долго исполняют заказ. Скинул готовый файл, не требующий обработки. Когда пришел сказали ещё ждать 2 минуты.4 фотографии 3х4, цену зарядили как за картинку формата а4, как указал на это срок ожидания увеличился до 5минут. Оператор не клиентоориентированный, логически не мыслящий...

Здравствуйте. Во-первых готовые файлы к печати принимаются в работу только после оплаты. Если оплата не была произведена то выполнение заказа происходит, после прибытия клиента, в порядке живой очереди. Во вторых оператор вам сообщил стоимость и примерное время печати вашего файла во время вашего звонка. В третьих ваш файл был сделан в формате а4 (о чем вам собственно сообщили) соответственно расчет стоимости печати был произведён в данном формате. В четвёртых ваши умозаключения касательно действий оператора не соответствуют действительности, так как на основании выше изложенных фактов не корректного выполнения услуг не выявлено.
