Очень недовольна сделанными фотографиями на визу. Если вы хотите сделать фото на документы, лучше выбирайте другое место. В помещении полумрак, дополнительного света никакого, фон для съемки - серая стена, съемка производилась без штатива, и как вишенка на торте - для вашего удобства разваливающийся стул. В результате - долго ждала, пока серый фон будет заменен на белый, обработки самой фотографии не было вообще и на выходе поллица было в тени и само фото было мутновато. Уважаемые владельцы, если нет денег на минимум оборудования и квалифицированный персонал - не заявляйте вообще о том, что вы можете делать фото на документы. Передела в другом месте, получилось дешевле, и, как положено, качественно

Добрый день! Надеюсь данный негативный отзыв дойдёт до руководства организации и будут сделаны соответствующие орг выводы. Начну по порядку: 10.04.2017 в 12.08 я пришёл в Фото Копир на Кожуховской. Молодой человек на приемке распечатывал документ для девушки пришедшей раньше меня. Процедура печати заняла 20 минут. Точнее на 20 минут хватило моего терпения. 20 минут для печати листа форма А3 с файла. При этом в помещении находились ещё две девушки. В том числе "управляющий филиала". До тех пор пока я начал возмущаться, помочь "СТАЖЕРУ" на приемке желания не у кого не возникло. Уважаемые сотрудники, неужели Вам так сильно БЕЗРАЗЛИЧНО на тех кто к Вам приходит? У меня был возможно маленький, но первый заказ в Вашей компании. Я специально приехал из другого конца города в центральный офис, где как мне объяснили работают высококлассные специалисты и мой заказ будет выполнен оперативно. В результате я еду в другую компанию, где надеюсь и специалисты более опытные и отношение к клиентам и собственным стажерам более человечное. Личная рекомендация: Обучайте стажёров в то время, когда в зале нет клиентов. И тогда таких "Негативных" клиентов как я у Вас будет намного меньше. Друзьям, я бы не советовал сюда ходить. В пустую проведённое время.
