Около 2-х недель назад, я и моя супруга фотографировались на визу в США, ни одна из фотографий не подошла в посольстве. Из-за этих неопытных сотрудников потеряли время и деньги за услугу, которую нам фактически не оказали. Не советуем данную полиграфию.

Судя по всему они тут пишут отзывы себе сами, т.к это полный трэш и рекомендовать это заведение однозначно нельзя! В начале октября 2019 делала фото на Гринкарту США. Специально много раз спрашивала сотрудника, знают ли они требования. Напомнила про запрет ретуши, нашла в телефоне требования посольства США, но в этом фотокоужке смотреть отказались, сказали, что все знают. В итоге фото в посольстве не приняли, т.к был вырезан фон и заменен на белый, не были соблюдены требования по разрешению фото и % головы в кадре. Все это выяснилось, когда я уже улетела из РФ не могла сделать новое фото. Категорически не рекомендую эту контору, если не хотите потерять свои деньги и время из-за непрофессионализма сотрудников. Т.к платила картой и фото мне прислано на почту - буду разбираться через Роспотребнадзор, т.к за такие вещи нужно нести ответственность!
