IPhone 7, 2 года, остаточная ёмкость батареи 82%. В последний день перед отпуском приехал поменять батарею, чтобы можно было побольше видео снимать ежедневно. Поменяли батарейку быстро и недорого, но телефон перестал заряжаться. В настройках в графе износ был прочерк. Не проверили результат! Предьявить претензию по гарантии не могу, так как после них был вынужден обратиться в ремонт за границей. Там поставили нормальный аккумулятор, но стоило это 60 евро. В итоге 1800 им в подарок в обмен на отрицательную репутацию и магнитик в подарок :)

Максим, здравствуйте! Спасибо за Ваш отзыв! На протяжении 3-х дней, после этого отзыва, мы не могли дозвониться до Вас, так как Вы не брали трубку порядка 10 раз. Позже мы написали Вам на e-mail - извинились за доставленные неудобства и сделали предложение о компенсации. Хотим еще раз озвучить, мы честный сервисный центр. У нас честная гарантия. За годы работы мы заменили тысячи аккумуляторов. В том числе, на iPhone 7, как у Вас. К сожалению, бывают бракованные детали, которые мы приобретаем у наших поставщиков. Такое бывает крайне редко, и в этом случае, мы выполняем повторный ремонт по гарантии. Вы не обратились к нам с рекламацией, о Вашей проблеме мы узнали из отзыва. В данном случае, мы не можем ни подтвердить, ни опровергнуть Ваши слова - что дело было именно в замененном нами аккумуляторе. Огульно обвинять нас без доказательств не совсем верно с Вашей стороны. Возможно, помимо аккумулятора с устройством были еще какие-то проблемы. Свою работу мы выполнили качественно, а удостовериться в браке самой детали уже не представляется возможным, так как Вы обращались в другой сервис.
