Ужас просто,не разговорчивый человек,не отвечал но мои вопросы,сделал несколько копию нескольких бумаг, обошлось 180₽, вопрос"КАКОГО ХРЕНА?! Я молча расплатился, никому не посоветую

Если дорого то почему согласились на печать? Цены прописаны и можно заранее узнать перед печатью.

Пришла на место,задала простой вопрос:нет у вас плотной бумаги? В ответ получила грубость «вы в булочную пришли?». Связи и причин подобного отношения уже с порога с клиентом,не поняла. На просьбу не грубить и оказать заявленную услугу заведения(печать),получила заявление,что я тут не услуги оказываю и другое откровенное хамство и какой то лепет и неуместные комментарии и рассуждения. 31 декабря, хамство и «клиентоориентированность» не дремлет!

Никокого вопроса не было, а было своё предположение "Как я понимаю, что у вас тут плотной бумаги нету!" С чего вы взяли? У нас есть! Вы же не в булочную пришли) Реакция на такой ответ не должно раздражать тем более на кануне нового года)) Вы сами сказали, что в более презентабельном месте и то не было плотной бумаги! КЛИЕНТООРЕНТЕРОВОНОСТЬ должна быть от окозания услуг, а не ваше предположение насколько у нас презентабельно. Мы работаем профессионально и оперативно!
