Поддерживаю мнение тех кто написал негативно окрашенные комментарии, про прошлые свои приобретения пожалуй промолчу, скажу лишь про недавнее, которое оказалось для меня неприятным, отчасти виной тому тому что поторопился и недосмотрел, а именно шапочка для плавания оказалась мне не по размеру, при повторном обращении в сию юдоль печали мне ответили что возврат не возможен хотя - статья 25 «О защите прав потребителей» отводит на возврат покупки 14 дней, а денег за товар – в течение 3 дней с момента возврата покупки, основными условиями возврата являются сохранение товарного вида покупки (вещь должна быть новой и не бывшей в употреблении!), наличие кассового чека или квитанции, но видимо сии "продаваны" не ведают об этом, также не знают они и о том что, современные шапочки для плавания разделяются на детские(их отличает яркий рисунок) и взрослые, также с недавнего времени стали выпускаться и среднего размера, в общем больше в эту шарашкину контору ни ногой. Отвратительнный магазин! Мало того, что товар навален хуже чем на рынке, так еще и продавец обычная хамка. Товар подобрать не помогла, так еще оценила нашу платежеспособность ( не стала показывать другие модели, объяснив, что для нас это дорого). Попросили на размер больше, молча ушла, сказала, что другие клиенты есть. Бесподобное обслуживание!!!
