Нужно мне было купить камеры видеонаблюдения, и так как я в данном вопросе чисто женщина, мне нужна была консультация. Зашла я в данный магазан (хочется отметить, что зашла я в первый и в последний раз). Когда я подошла к одному из сотрудников, он сказал, что, не может мне помочь, так как специализируется в другой сфере, и направил меня к IP -телефонии, сказав, что нужно позвонить по номеру 104 или 105 и меня проконсультируют. Ну что ж, пошла звонить, 105 номер был вообще не аллё, гудки шли так, как будто просто трубка была снята, чтоб не звонили, на номере 104 я слушала гудки около 15 минут.... Так ни до кого я и не дозвонилась. Как оказалось, больше меня никто не может проконсультировать. Вышла я из магазина и решила позвонить по номеру торгового зала, взяла трубку девушка, перевела меня на мужчину, а тот мужчина опять перевел, уже на другого мужчину... И вот наконец-то у меня спрашивают, что мне конкретно нужно, спросив, узнав только, сколько камер мне нужно и чтобы я могла просматривать онлайн, он сказал, что ему сейчас некогда, они со вторым сотрудником выдвигаются на объект. Поэтому спуститься вниз (в торговый зал) они не могут, и хотя бы даже ткнуть пальцем, в то, что мне необходимо купить. Но спросил мой номер телефона, пообещав позвонить в течении дня, чтобы меня проконсультировать. Ну я ничего не сказав, спокойно ушла, думаю, ну бывает, не хватает работников, может действительно срочно нужно на объект, но.. звонка я не дождалась ни в этот день, ни на следующий...

Продаваны залипают в телефонах на вопросы внятно ответить не могут...По артикулу был выписан другой товар...Казалось бы куда проще выписать товар по фото ценника,а нет!!!
