Ужасно, некомпетентный персонал, хамы- администраторы, безобразная еда!!!

Отзыв, конечно, был написан в порыве. Обидно когда праздник может быть испорчен и нет надежды на возможность договориться. Но любую конфликтную ситуацию можно предотвратить, если делом занимается высокопрофессиональный персонал, ведь вы сфера услуг, а значит клиент всегда прав

Отмечала свой юбилей с замечательными людьми. Приём был великолепным, обслуживание вежливым, внимательным. Качество блюд заслуживает исключительно похвал: "Лосось со шпинатом", запечённый в сливочном соусе под сыром, "Бефстроганов-капучино", подаётся с картофельным пюре, "Куриный рулет с грушей и базиликом", подаётся завернутым в бекон, с медовым соусом и кус-кусом , а какой был десерт "Меренга", подаётся со взбитыми сливками и лесными ягодами", это настоящий фурор. Мои гости были очень довольны, а для меня это было очень большим подарком, в котором принял участие весь персонал ресторана. Спасибо всем огромное! Вы все профессионалы с большой буквы! Всем советую посетить ресторан "Фортепиано" не один раз.
