Купили апартаменты в 2016 году,каждый год отдыхаем с супругой, отдыхают дети, море кристально чистое, пологий вход, песочек чистенький, продукты по цене как в России, а качество европейское, много национальных продуктов, хлеб очень вкусный, чудесное болгарское вино 2лева(80руб.) 1.5 литра, вода водопроводная чистейшая, в чайнике ни намека налета,даже порошок стиральный, одна марка, а разница качества огромная, овощи, фрукты, все валом, хорошего качества.На первой линии бурная ночная жизнь.отель Форт Нокс Холидей в 9 мин ходьбы неспешным шагом от моря, большая, зеленая, охраняемая территория, 9 бассейнов, детские бассейны с джакузи и водными горками, детская анимация, детские площадки, с качелями, горками, песочницами, ни один отель в Болгарии не имеет такой большой территории, как Форт Нокс.

Все, СУПЕР!!! Покупал в 2008 перед кризисом! Прекрасно понимал, что это дорого для такого качества строительства (гражданин Великобритании у которого перекупал заплатил в 2 раза меньше) , НО!!!! Ничего в России на тот момент на нашем побережье не было ( все объездил, даже в Сочи квартиру купил 2006, значительно дороже( в разы). В подмосковье приличная дача не менее 300-400 т. у.е на тот момент (абсолютно точно, не менее 2 десятков вариантов посмотрел, безбашенная нефть делала свое дело) и никакого моря. Сравнивать Сочинские и Фортноксовский пляж невозможно. Это две бесконечные разницы. Вид как с палубы корабля, до моря 70 метров, песок, ни каких ж/д и автодорог. 12 лет все лето там, дети и теперь уже и внуки. Это реально деньгами не измерить. Все зависит от цели покупки. Инвестировать в зарубежную недвижимость для получения выгоды, сомнительное мероприятие.
