Даже 1 ставить было жалко.... Очень вкусные пирожные и торты, очень ужасный персонал. Сегодня примерно в 10 часов утра зашла я в данный магазин (так как очень нравится продукция "форне") купить несколько наборов пирожных для подарков на 8 марта, очень хотелось оставить приличную сумму. Продавец по имени Ольга узнав, что придётся собирать несколько наборов из 10 то и больше пирожных особо не обрадовалась.... На просьбу показать, как будет выглядеть набор, утомленно вздыхала. После того, как я попросила посчитать сумму и продолжить дальше мне ответили :"не мешай считать..." я попросила не грубить мне, так как все же я клиент... Ольга мне ответила: "не умничай, не порть мне настроение с утра"... Это сервис? Это отношение к клиенту??? Ужас! Что за хамство????

Обходите стороной. продавцы наверное раньше трубы продавали.слов нет.
