Замечательная студия йоги).Всегда приятная атмосфера)Мне нравится то, что люди там душевные, вежливые, дружелюбные и доброжелательные))Преподаватели стараются максимально донести информацию о йоге в целом, помогают выполнять асаны правильно))

Искала для себя занятия по йоге для беременных рядом с домом. Всем девушкам, «ожидающим чуда» очень рекомендую эти занятия! Ходила в студию на протяжении 2,5 месяцев, занималась у Скворцовой Татьяны. Из плюсов: + рядом с домом + можно оплачивать по одному занятию, или купить абонемент + чистая, уютная, светлая студия! + очень хорошая программа, идёт качественная проработка всех мышц Из минусов: - только наличная оплата, не всегда есть сдача - преподаватель опаздывает минут на 5-10, но время занятия из-за этого не сокращается, всё даётся по полной программе. Когда первый раз пришла, волновалась, что я что-то напутала.
