Ужасная фирма. Заказали окна, обещали установить через неделю. В итоге кормили завтраками 3 недели. Когда начали устанавливать, оказалось что часть не доставили, еще неделю доделывали. Сотрудники в офисе не адекватные, всем все равно. Оказалось у них и с жителями в арендуемом помещении на Мытной какие-то конфликты, на них все жалуются. Фирма эта с безответственным поведением, так что на клиентов ей наплевать.

Как и обещала , выражаю благодарность ребятам из монтажной бригады 39 за решение вопроса с подъемом изделий, т.к. лифт нам неожиданно отключили. Спасибо. Услугами компании удовлетворена )))

В "Формуле окна" окна Саламандер заказываю второй раз (2005 и 2014).Понравилось: стабильное качество окон, доставка и монтаж с откосами к окнам в один день-удобно, замерщик Олег- профессионал своего дела и просто хороший человек, вспомнил меня, спасибо ему. Не понравилось: стоимость с 2005 года заметно увеличилась ( на 20 %), и это при том, что у меня скидка постоянного клиента.
