Никогда не писала отзывы, но сейчас решила) Была здесь недавно с мужем, сервис порадовал чистой и квалификацией работников. Хорошая зона ожидания с приятной музыкой. Но есть и ложка дёгтя : слесарь маленького роста слишком много и громко материться, а парню который загоняет машины, нужно поработать над речью. Его предложения звучат как навязывание, да и построение предложений как у гопника) А в остальном всё отлично! Желаю удачи)))

Нас конечно предупреждали, что в Анапе толковых сервисов просто нету, как таковых, но человек пока сам не проверит, не поверит. Обратились в формулу, так как это один из самых больших сервисов в Анапе, конкретно в этот филиал. Пригнали на диагностику. Приходилось стоять над душой и практически заставлять все досконально проверять мастеров. В итоге, проблему нашли, но вместо заявленной главным мастером Дмитрием 1-й недели, машина простояла 3!!! То запчасти долго идут, то работник заболел...то ещё что. Конечно, на такой срок простоя машины расчета не было...Ну и стандартная ситуация, вместо одной суммы ремонта, указанной первоначально, в итоговом расчете добавилось 30% цены. Что конечно не порадовало. 2 звезды только за то, что машину в итоге подчинили, и слава Богу. Больше обращаться не буду, по крайней мере в этот филиал точно.
