Сегодня пришли с ребенком сдавать кровь ,после укуса клеща.В клинике старые иглы,толстые.Вроде частная клинника,а иглы немогут закупить.Так как мой ребёнок очень боится врачей,темболее сдавали кровь из вены впервый раз.Он сильно кричал,я его держала.Но врач который брал кровь,просто сказал моему ребёнку,да не кричи ты,но когда он начал визжать,врач сказал да заткнись ты,да замолчи ты,не ори,да успокойся.Я в шоке. После таких врачей,ребёнок вообще непойдет в больницу.После сдачи крови,она стала с ним говорить что он молодец,герой,что он большой уже мальчик,и нечего ему бояца.ты же мужчина.еще подарочек дали,из киндера. В эту клиннику я большо не ногой!!!

По данному отзыву была проведена служебная проверка . Забор крови проводила медсестра с большим опытом работы, относящаяся к пациентам с уважением. Забор проводился по стандартной процедуре с учетом возраста пациента. Использован инструментарий с регистрационным удостоверением. Мы очень сожалеем, что первый анализ крови доставил вашему ребенку и вам отрицательные эмоции. Спасибо за оставленный вами отзыв, мы проанализировали ситуацию и сделали выводы. Нами составлена памятка для родителей как подготовить ребенка к визиту в поликлинику или медицинский центр, и в, частности, к забору крови на анализы. К сожалению, забор крови у ребёнка - одна из самых неприятных и потенциально стрессорных ситуаций, как для детей, так и для родителей. Очень сложно наблюдать и, тем более, принимать участие в венепункции своего ребёнка. К этой процедуре нужно готовиться
